1. How do I place an order?

2. Can I change or modify my order after it’s placed?

Orders cannot be changed once submitted. This includes modifying items, shipping address, or payment method. Please double-check your order before confirming.


3. Is it safe to shop on Ginomu?

Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.


4. When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info once your order is on the way.


5. How long does shipping take?

Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location.


6. What is the shipping fee?

We offer a flat shipping fee of $6.75 for all U.S. orders. Free shipping may be offered during select promotions.


7. What is your return policy?

You may return eligible items within 25 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.


8. Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes. We do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear

9. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll help you with a replacement or refund.


10. What if my product is defective?

We offer a 1-year warranty on all products for manufacturing defects. Please contact us to initiate a warranty claim.


11. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for up to one year from the purchase date. Email us at [email protected] for warranty support.


12. How do I cancel my order?

Contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

  • If your order has not shipped, we’ll cancel and refund it.
  • If your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You can return it after delivery following our return policy.
