1. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number.
- ✅ If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- ❌ If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still return it following our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Processing & Cancellation Window
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays).
To cancel successfully, please contact us within this timeframe, preferably within 24 hours of placing the order.
3. Return Shipping for Canceled Orders
If your order has already shipped and you wish to return it:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete instructions.
4. Order Modifications
Need to change the shipping address, size, or item?

- If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate the change.
- Once an order has shipped, no modifications can be made.
