Cancellation Policy

At Ginomu, we understand that you may need to cancel or modify your order. This policy outlines the conditions and steps for cancellations and order changes to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

1. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible and include your order number.

  • If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still return the item within 25 days under our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays. Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

3. Return Shipping for Canceled Orders After Shipment

If your order has already shipped and you still wish to return it:

  • You must request the return within 25 days of receipt.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Order Modifications

Need to change the shipping address, product size, color, or another detail?

  • Contact us at [email protected] immediately with your order number and requested changes.
  • If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the modification.
  • Once the order has shipped, no further changes can be made.
